Terms of Service — Rozenvic Technologies LLC™
Version / last updated: 2026-05-08
Welcome to the Rozenvic Technologies LLC™ software licensing portal (the “Portal”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.
1) Copyright & ownership
All software, services, designs, text, images, documentation, and other content on the Portal are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Ownership notice: Breaking Dynamic Studios is officially owned by RT.
© 2025 Rozenvic Technologies LLC. All rights reserved.
Discord bots: use of our Discord bots and linked-role integrations is also governed by the Bot Terms of Service and Bot Privacy Policy.
2) License key = revocable permission (not a sale)
When you receive a license key, you are granted a revocable, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable permission to use the associated software or service. A license key does not constitute a sale, ownership, or permanent right. We may suspend or terminate a license at any time for violations of these Terms or related policies.
3) DRM & anti‑circumvention
You must not attempt to bypass, defeat, disable, or interfere with the Portal’s DRM, licensing verification, or automated enforcement systems. Any attempt to circumvent these protections is a material breach and may result in immediate termination.
4) Minors / parental consent
If you are under 18, you may only use this Portal with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Portal, your guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
If guardian consent cannot be verified, we may suspend access, revoke license keys, and issue refunds where applicable.
5) Trademarks
Rozenvic Technologies LLC™ and its branding are protected under common‑law trademark rights. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
6) Acceptable use
- Do not share or resell license keys.
- Do not misuse the Portal for fraud, abuse, or disruption.
- Do not upload malicious code, stolen material, or contractor / employee bundles that you do not have the right to share with RT.
- Do not abuse Discord linking, RT SSO, Linked Roles, secure upload links, verification flows, third-party financing, or invoice review workflows.
- Do not use Harris or any other portal-connected AI feature for fraud, doxxing, malware, harassment, account abuse, or unlawful or unsafe activity.
- Do not reverse engineer or tamper with licensed software where prohibited.
7) Account linking, identity, and SSO
If you link Roblox, Discord, RT SSO / Authentik, or other connected identities through the Portal, you must provide accurate information and use only accounts you are authorized to control. We may suspend or refuse linked access where identity, account ownership, entitlement status, or verification information is inconsistent.
If a flow requires legal-billing information, guardian consent, third-party financing disclosures, a signed contract, or a manual invoice-risk review upload, you agree to provide truthful and complete information. False, misleading, altered, or fraudulent submissions are a material breach of these Terms.
Discord-linked flows may request approved OAuth scopes such as identity, email, guild list, guild join, guild member info, linked third-party connections, and linked-role metadata updates when those scopes are required for the feature. If you authorize those scopes, you agree that the Portal and connected bots may use the resulting data for account linking, access control, fraud review, and enforcement. Discord currently documents activities.read as not currently available for apps, so it is not relied upon unless Discord later enables it.
8) Financial anti-fraud network checks
By using payments, payouts, bank-linking, or other financial features, you agree that Rozenvic Technologies LLC™ and its payment/security providers may access and process anti-fraud network signals, including IP address, approximate geolocation, and nearest network routing/cell-tower ("ping tower") region data when available.
These checks are used to verify ownership, prevent fraudulent transactions, and satisfy compliance obligations. You agree not to evade or falsify these controls (including proxy abuse, spoofing, or identity misrepresentation). Suspicious activity may result in additional verification, delays, holds, or account restrictions.
Sanctions, FATF, and restricted jurisdictions
We do not provide services to individuals or entities located in, ordinarily resident in, or using the Portal from jurisdictions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargo-style restrictions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, and comprehensively restricted regions of Ukraine covered by OFAC restrictions, including Crimea and the so-called DNR/LNR regions.
We may also reject, suspend, hold, or require enhanced due diligence for persons or transactions connected to Myanmar, Russia, jurisdictions identified by the FATF as high-risk or under increased monitoring, sanctioned persons or entities (including SDNs), or any geography restricted by our payment processors, sponsor banks, or internal compliance controls.
These restrictions can change without notice as sanctions, AML, processor, and banking requirements change. Region-based restrictions do not always map cleanly to a single country code, so country-code filters are only one part of our screening process.
9) Card storage and payment methods
The Portal is not offered as an independently PCI DSS-certified card-storage system. If payment methods are saved for future use, they are saved by Stripe or another approved processor using their hosted flows. The Portal should only store or display limited payment metadata such as processor IDs, card brand, expiration month/year, and the last 4 digits when returned by the provider.
You must not submit full card numbers, CVC/CVV values, track data, or similar raw cardholder data through support tickets, forms, or free-text fields on this Portal.
10) Third-party checkout and financing services
Some checkouts may offer third-party payment or pay-later methods, including PayPal and, where enabled, providers such as Affirm, Klarna, or Zip. Those providers may apply their own eligibility rules, disclosures, and user agreements in addition to these Terms.
Rozenvic does not provide in-house financing. Any pay-later, installment, or financing offer must be handled by an enabled third-party provider, and that provider is responsible for its own eligibility decision, disclosures, repayment terms, APR, fees, and user agreement.
Unpaid balances, failed third-party payment arrangements, or unresolved hosted invoices may result in service pause, account restriction, collections review, or legal review, consistent with the governing processor terms, invoice, or contract documents.
10A) AI feature monitoring and enforcement
When you use Harris or any other portal-connected AI feature, you agree that prompts, replies, attachments, linked-account state, guild/channel context, and related safety metadata may be logged and reviewed for moderation, abuse prevention, fraud review, legal compliance, and security enforcement. We may rate-limit, restrict, or revoke AI access at any time if we believe the feature is being misused or creates operational, policy, or legal risk.
11) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal or any license key at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or related policies.
12) Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
