Discord Bot Terms of Service

Version: 2026-05-08 • Applies to Rozenvic Technologies and Breaking Dynamic Studios Discord bots and their connected services.

By using our Discord bots, commands, linked-role sync, AI chat features, ticket flows, or related integrations, you agree to these Bot Terms in addition to the Portal Terms of Service and any server rules that apply in the relevant Discord community.

Scope

These terms apply to bots operated by or for Rozenvic Technologies, including Aegis Verification, Aegis Helper, Harris, moderation and safety bots, ticket and support bots, utility bots, linked-role syncing, AI-assisted workflows, and service or purchase notification bots.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse commands, verification flows, ticket systems, staff panels, or role-sync features.
• Do not impersonate staff, customers, applicants, or other users through bot workflows.
• Do not attempt to bypass role checks, security gates, linked-role requirements, anti-spam controls, or audit logging.
• Do not use alternate, mismatched, or fraudulent accounts to obtain roles, verification state, or staff access that you are not entitled to receive.
• Do not abuse custom invite routes, linked-role verification URLs, or connected portal flows for spam, evasion, scraping, or fraudulent onboarding.
• Do not use Harris or any other AI-connected bot feature for harassment, doxxing, fraud, malware, evasion, unlawful instructions, or other unsafe or prohibited use.
• Do not use our bots to violate Discord rules, applicable law, or the rules of any server where the bot is installed.

Permissions and actions

Our bots may assign or remove roles, update nicknames, create tickets, send direct messages, post logs, deliver service notifications, register commands, or synchronize linked-role metadata when those actions are part of the configured bot feature and the server or user has authorized the relevant application access.

Linked roles and verification

Linked-role sync and verification features depend on the accuracy of the linked Discord account, the linked Roblox or portal identity, and the server’s own Discord-side Linked Roles configuration. We may refuse, delay, or revoke sync where account ownership, entitlement status, linked identity, or server-side configuration is inconsistent.

Server owners and administrators remain responsible for their server-side role structure, Linked Roles configuration, and permission grants. Our applications can publish metadata and sync requested state, but they do not override Discord’s server permission model.

Moderation and enforcement

We may log, restrict, suspend, or revoke access to bot features, linked accounts, or connected portal privileges if we detect abuse, fraud, impersonation, policy evasion, or other misuse. Moderation and support history may be retained for audit and safety reasons.

AI chat interactions may be reviewed alongside linked-account data, Discord metadata, guild context, and audit history when needed to investigate unsafe prompts, fraud, impersonation, malicious tooling requests, or other misuse.

No warranty

Our bots are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect moderation outcomes, or compatibility with every Discord server setup, permission model, or third-party integration.

Service changes

We may add, remove, pause, or change bot features, commands, metadata fields, log behavior, or integrations at any time, including where required for platform compliance, security, or operational reasons.

Platform rules

Your use of our Discord bots must also remain consistent with Discord’s platform rules and application policies. If Discord disables an application, removes permissions, declines a requested scope, or changes the API, affected features may stop working immediately.

Connected portal terms

Some bot features depend on the Rozenvic Portal, including account linking, invite tracking, entitlement checks, moderation history, service or purchase notices, or owner/admin review. When a bot feature opens or depends on the portal, the relevant portal terms and privacy disclosures also apply.
