Use this page to contact the Rozenvic team for applications, store purchases, account access, and support tickets. For fastest response, open a ticket from your dashboard so your account context is attached automatically.

Best way to get support

1. Login with Roblox.

2. Open User Dashboard Support.

3. Create a ticket with details, screenshots, and IDs (order ID, submission ID, or username).

4. Use the same ticket for follow-ups so the team has full history.

What to include

Account: Roblox username + linked Discord username.

Issue: Short summary and what you expected to happen.

Evidence: Error messages, screenshots, timestamps, and ticket/order IDs.

Urgency: Mention if this blocks payments, access, or moderation actions.

Common support routes

User dashboard for account, entitlements, and identity/security setup.

Premium for subscription and billing issues.

Business applications and Game applications for submission flow help.

Store for product and checkout support.

Policy, legal, and privacy
