Advertising & Self-Promotion Policy

Advertising and self-promotion are allowed only inside the Advertising category within the Breaking Dynamic Studios server. This policy keeps the server organized and prevents spam in advertising channels.

Channel Usage

Channel	Allowed use
General Advertising	Self-promotion, Discord servers, businesses, and personal projects.
Roblox Game Promoting	Roblox game showcases, development updates, and game advertisements.
Need an Investor	Requests for investors, funding, partnerships, or financial support for a project.
Looking to Invest	Members interested in investing in projects, games, businesses, or communities.
Looking to Hire	Hiring developers, designers, moderators, staff members, editors, or other positions.
Elite Advertising	High-quality or premium advertisements for trusted members, verified projects, or approved promotions.

Rules & Policies

• Keep all advertisements inside the Advertising category.
• Do not spam or flood channels with repeated promotions.
• Do not post misleading, malicious, unsafe, or inappropriate links.
• Respect other members and avoid excessive tagging or pinging.
• Direct-message advertising to members of the server is strictly prohibited.

Members may share projects, communities, services, or hiring needs as long as advertising remains fair, controlled, respectful, and non-disruptive.

Punishments

Offense	Action
1st Offense	The advertisement is removed and staff issue a warning explaining which rule was broken.
2nd Offense	A 48-hour mute or timeout may be issued. During this time, the member may lose access to chatting or certain channels.
3rd Offense	The member may be kicked from the server. Rejoining may be allowed later depending on the situation and staff decision.
Severe Violations	DM advertising, mass messaging, scam links, malicious content, or obvious spam accounts may result in an immediate permanent ban without warning.

Purpose

These rules protect the community and make sure advertising stays fair, organized, and enjoyable for everyone.
